All cancellations must be sent in writing or e-mailed to the Meeting Secretariat.
Cancellation of Registration
Cancellations received on or before 31st July 2017 - an administration fee of £50/€60 will be due and will be deducted from any refund issued.
Cancellations received after 31st July 2017 - full payment is due and no refunds will be issued.
The organisers do not accept any responsibility for individual medical, travel or personal insurance. Delegates are strongly advised to have their own travel insurance policies.
We may pass your contact details on to the organisers of future SLS conferences, to Bord Failte who have sponsored the conference and to whom we are required to provide a list of attendees which will be kept in strictest confidence by it and will be used to spot check attendance. Bord Failte will not use the list for any other purpose or disclose it to any other party or to organisers of related conferences. We will not pass your details on to any unsolicited companies or persons. If you do not wish your contact details to be shared with the organisers of relevant meetings, please let us know.
